Aamir Yousuf is a technology leader with nearly two decades of experience in digital transformation, intelligent automation, and customer success. As VP of Client Success at TELUS Digital, he leads digital strategy and automation initiatives, helping businesses align technology with their goals. 

Previously, Aamir led innovation programs, automation projects, and large-scale digital transformations at Xavient Digital (now part of TELUS International). He also managed platform services and middleware operations at IBM, driving service improvements and operational efficiencies for enterprise clients.
