Jawad Maaloum

Jawad has years of telecom industry experience, progressing from hands-on engineering to executive leadership. 

He has built his technical foundation through roles at Orange Group and Huawei, primarily supporting Orange projects as a network project engineer and manager. His career spans the full telecom network stack: microwave/transmission, backhaul planning, backbone deployment, network optimization, 5G, and AI-driven network analytics. He’s also certified in CCNA, ITIL, and holds CBAP (Business Analysis) and PMI-ACP (Agile PM) credentials.

Jawad is currently the CEO & Co-founder, of MLnetworks, a B2B company in Morocco that helps telcos design, operate, and optimize their networks more intelligently through an end-to-end data platform — positioning himself at the intersection of AI and telecom infrastructure.
