Melanie Laschet is passionate about making automation work for people and businesses. As Head of IPA at Wien Energie, she leads the company’s automation strategy, helping teams across the Wiener Stadtwerke Group streamline processes and embrace digital transformation.  

Melaine previously spent 17 years at A1 Telekom Austria, where she played a key role in building and scaling automation ecosystems. She led international teams, drove AI-powered process improvements, and championed agile ways of working. A strong advocate for AI and automation, she is always looking for ways to make technology more efficient, accessible, and impactful.
